You can SHIFT + RIGHT click a player to interract. On interract gui you can see player's character info or send them party/guild/trade invite.

Party

Parties are teams of players you can create/join. All party members and their healths are displayed on the scoreboard. Party members share monster kills, which means when your party gets a kill the experience is shared, any member can pick up dropped items and quest objectives progress for all members.
